Common Questions

Do I need to be home when you're there?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a power outlet or access point we can work with, you don't need to be standing over us. Most customers are inside working or getting on with their day.

Do you bring your own water and power?

We carry our own supplies and equipment. We do require access to a standard garden tap and a power point on-site.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Holmview and cover most of South-East Queensland — Logan, Beenleigh, Springwood, Browns Plains, and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether we travel to your area, just call or send us a message.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the service and the condition of the vehicle. An Exterior or Interior Detail usually takes 1.5–3 hours. Full and Pre-Sale Details typically run 3–6 hours. Larger vehicles or heavily soiled cars may take longer — we'll let you know up front.

Do prices vary by vehicle size?

Prices listed are a starting point. Large 4WDs, vans and heavily soiled vehicles may attract a small additional charge. We'll confirm your exact quote before we start — no surprise invoices.
